  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Kelly really knows what he's doing! Not only was my body aching in places I didn't know I had, I've never felt more comfortable with a personal trainer! I'm new to the Birmingham area so this level of personable service was very important. Plus, the fact that they came to my apartment complex was just icing on the cake! If you're looking for the best way to improve your fitness, ANYWHERE FITNESS is the way to go.
